NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on October 7, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 215 Park Drive East in Horace, ND, concerning a proposed preliminary plat of the following-described property:
An unplatted portion of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 138N, Range 49W, in Cass County, North Dakota (to be known as Southdale Farms First Addition).
A copy of the proposed plat is available for public inspection and copying at City Hall during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
