NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on the 21st Day of December 2020, at 5:30 P.M. at the City Hall of West Fargo, North Dakota, concerning the enactment of a proposed zoning ordinance. The proposed ordinance involves the following:
Lots 1-24, Block 1; Lots 1-8, Block 2 and Lots 1-24, Block 3 of Proposed The Wilds 21st Addition, City of West Fargo, North Dakota
The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning from an A: Agricultural District to an R-1SM: Mixed One and Two Family Dwelling District.
Lot 1, Block 8; And Lot 1, Block 10 of Proposed The Wilds 21st Addition, City of West Fargo, North Dakota
The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning from an A: Agricultural District to an R-2: Limited Dwelling District.
Lot 43, Block 1; And Lot 2, Block 8 of Proposed The Wilds 21st Addition, City of West Fargo, North Dakota
The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning from an A: Agricultural District to a Public Facilities District.
