A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning a proposed final plat. The proposed plat involves the following described property:
A plat of part of the South Half of Section 17, Township 138 North, Range 49 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Cass County, North Dakota (to be known as Lakeview Addition).
A copy of the proposed plat is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.
