NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. via a web-based, virtual meeting, concerning the enactment of proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance. The proposed ordinance involves modification of accessory use requirements, the modification of R-2, R-3, and R-4 side yard setback requirements, and lot design. Virtual meeting instructions will be provided on the City's website and Facebook page.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Code Administrator.
