NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning the enactment of a proposed zoning ordinance. The proposed ordinance involves property located south of 76th Avenue S and east of County Road 17 in Horace, North Dakota, which is legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2 of West Fargo School Addition to the City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota.
The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning the above-described property from an A (Agricultural) District to a PF (Public Facilities) District.
City Hall will be open to those that wish to attend; however, the meeting will likely be held via a web-based, virtual meeting format. Instructions for attending the virtual meeting will be posted at: www.cityofhorace.com.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.
