NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider Brooks Harbor 10th Addition, a replat of Lot 1, Block 2 of Brooks Harbor 1st Addition (455 24 AVE W), City of West Fargo, North Dakota. Maps of said property will be available to the public for inspection and copying on Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. in the Office of the City Auditor by contacting planning@westfargond.gov.
