NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider The Wilds North Pond 1st Addition, a Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Tevye Addition, Replat of Lot 1, Block 1 Schatz Ranch First Addition, Replat of Lot 19, Block 2, The Wilds Fourth Addition and Plat of Part of SE ¼ of Section 31, T139N, R49W, City of West Fargo, North Dakota. Maps of said property will be available to the public for inspection and copying on Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. in the Office of the City Auditor by contacting planning@westfargond.gov.
