NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider Eagle Run Plaza 10th, a replat of Lots 5 & 6, Block 1 of Eagle Run Plaza 6th Addition, City of West Fargo, North Dakota.
Maps of said property will be available to the public for inspection and copying on Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Auditor.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY ATTEND SAID HEARING AND BE HEARD ON THE MATTER.
