NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider a Conditional Use Permit for an office combined with showrooms and warehouse in a C-OP: Commercial Office Park District at 901 Christianson Drive West (Lot 4, Block 1 of Christianson 3rd Addition), City of West Fargo, North Dakota.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider a Variance to the Front Yard Setback at 901 Christianson Drive West (Lot 4, Block 1 of Christianson 3rd Addition), City of West Fargo, North Dakota.
