NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider Nelson Acres 7th Addition, a replat of all of Lot 2, Block 1 of Nelson's 1st Addition (4522 Sheyenne Street), City of West Fargo, North Dakota.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, to consider rezoning from R-R: Rural Estate District to R-2: Limited Multiple Dwellings of Lot 2, Block 1 of Nelson's 1st Addition (4522 Sheyenne Street), City of West Fargo, North Dakota.
Maps of said property will be available to the public for inspection and copying on Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Auditor by contacting planning@ westfargond.gov .
