NOTICE TO ALL TAXPAYERS CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA In compliance with Section 57-02-52 of the North Dakota Century Code, notice is hereby given that proceedings for the equalization of assessments for all real property in the County will be held by the Cass County Board of Equalization on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 3:30 PM in the Commission Room of the Cass County Courthouse, 211 9th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota. Each taxpayer has the right to appear before the board of review and petition for a correction in their assessment.
