NOTICE TO COMPETITORS OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY AND/OR INCOME TAX EXEMPTION Notice is hereby given that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Fargo, North Dakota, will meet at 5:15 o’clock p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2023, in the City Commission Room, City Hall, Fargo North Dakota, to consider the application of Corvent Medical, Inc, for exemption from property and/or income tax of the project which the applicant will use primarily for the manufacturing of medical ventilators and warehousing ventilators and accessories used with the ventilators. Space will also be used for product testing, customer service, general and administrative. This project will be located at 400 45 St S, Suite 400, Fargo. Any competitor of that applicant may appear and be heard by the Board of City Commissioners at the time and place designated herein.
