ORDINANCE 19-12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 110 OF THE DILWORTH CODE OF ORDINANCES AS IT PERTAINS TO LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF COIN-OPERATED MACHINES, POOL TABLES, AND GAMES OF SKILL THE CITY OF DILWORTH, MINNESOTA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DILWORTH HEREBY ORDAINS:
AMUSEMENT MACHINES, POOL TABLES, AND OTHER COIN OPERATEDGAMES OF SKILL
§ 110.30 LICENSE REQUIRED.
No person shall operate, maintain or install, in a public place, an amusement machine, pool table, or other coin operated game for the purpose of music, entertainment, or skill without first obtaining a license.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication, and all other ordinances, resolutions, and acts and proceedings of the City and of the Council which are inconsistent with the terms of this ordinance are hereby amended or repealed to the extent necessary to give full force and effect to this ordinance.
