ORDINANCE 23-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XI: BUSINESS REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 118: HOME OCCUPATIONS; AND TITLE XV: LAND USAGE, CHAPTER 153: ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE SALE OF TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL PRODUCTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DILWORTH HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 3. Title XI: Business Regulations, Chapter 118: Home Occupations, 118.03 (K) is hereby amended to read as follows: 118.03 General Provisions (K) The Home or Occupation shall not involve any of the following: small engine or auto repair, or reconditioning or manufacturing, or sales of THC products. Section 4. Title XV: Land Usage, Chapter 153: Zoning Ordinance, 153.047 Central Business District (C-2), (B) Permitted Uses, 153.048 General Business District (C-3), (B) Permitted Uses, and 153.070 Home Occupations are amended to add the following: 153.047 Central Business District (C-2) (B) Permitted Uses (f) General retail, inclusive of: 27. THC Product Sales 153.048 General Business District (C-3) (B) Permitted Uses (f) General retail, inclusive of: 28. THC Product Sales 153.070 Home Occupations (C) General provisions: (11) The home or occupation shall not involve any of the following: small engine or auto repair or reconditioning or manufacturing, or sale of THC products; and This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication, and all other ordinances, resolutions, and acts and proceedings of the City and of the Council which are inconsistent with the terms of this ordinance are hereby amended or repealed to the extent necessary to give full force and effect to this ordinance.
