7A Moisture Protection at McKinley Elementary School
Project Start Date is Monday, June 7, 2021 and the Project Completion Date is August 2, 2021. In no case will the deadline for project completion be extended.
The Information to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Form of Bid Bond, and Form of Performance-Payment Bond, Drawings, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at the following places: Zerr Berg Architects, Inc.; and the Builders Exchanges of Fargo-Moorhead or Bismarck, North Dakota; Aberdeen, South Dakota; Minneapolis, St. Cloud, or FW Dodge/McGraw Hill Plan Room, Minnesota.
Copies may be obtained at the office of Zerr Berg Architects, located at 510 4th Avenue N, Fargo, North Dakota, upon payment of $50.00 for each set. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such in good condition within 15 days of the bid opening, will be refunded payment.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidders bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, within ten days after notice of award, the principal will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractors bond as required by law the regulations and determinations of the governing board.
All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as approved by Section 43-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. A copy of the bidder's contractor's license, valid as of the bid date, must be included in the separate bid bond envelope.

No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
