The City of Dilworth Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the following request at a special called meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 2 First Avenue SE:
- Request for a Planned Use Development (renovations to the existing "DGF" elementary/middle school) at 108 Main Street North - Lots 1-12, block 8, Lyman's 2nd Addition And Rearrangement of Lyman's 1st Addition / Lots 1-12, block 9, Lyman's Third Addition (Parcel ID 52.500.1010, 52.525.0010, and 52.900.0300) - Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School Independent School District 2164.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Inquiries, letters in favor of, or letters in opposition may be submitted to the attention of: L. Peyton Mastera, City Administrator, at the aforementioned address or by telephone: 218-287-2313.
