PUBLIC NOTICE The public comment period for reviewing the City of Fargo’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2021 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development is August 18 through September 1, 2022. A copy of the report, along with any current public comments received, is available to the public for comment on the City’s website at www.fargond.gov/planninganddevelopment/plansandstudies or the City of Fargo Planning and Development Department, 2nd Floor City Hall, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, ND or by calling 701-241-1474 or emailing Planning@FargoND.gov. Accessibility – Fargo City Hall is serviced by public transit, accessible and can accommodate persons who are disabled.
