Sealed bids will be received at the office of The Park District of the City of Fargo, 701 Main Avenue, Fargo, North Dakota, until 1:00 P.M., February 11, 2021 and then opened and read aloud for the Rose Creek Siding Replacement Project
Single Prime Bids for All Work will be accepted. All Bids shall be in accordance with Bidding Documents prepared by Shultz + Associates Architects, 612 ½ Main Avenue, Fargo, ND 58103. Phone: 701.476.0714. Email: Amanda@thearchitectfirm.com.
Two time periods for construction are available for construction of the project with a Spring 2021 start or a Fall 2021 start. Bidders may bid one or both time periods. Refer to additional information in the specifications.
Bids must be submitted on copies of the bid form in the specifications and must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder's bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determi-nations of the Park District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract.

Electronic Bidding Documents will be provided to Prime Bidders and Sub-Bidders/Suppliers from the Architect by providing name, address, phone number, and email contact information to the Architect. Please send your request and contact information to jenni@thearchitectfirm.com.
Bidders must hold a North Dakota Contractor's License and carry North Dakota Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by law. The required bid bond envelope shall also contain a copy of the Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State as required by law.
The Park District of the City of Fargo reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
