ENGINEERING SERVICES
CASS RURAL WATER DISTRICT
Cass Rural Water District (CRWD) is soliciting statements of qualifications to retain a firm to provide general engineering services related to the system’s infrastructure. CRWD will utilize the selected firm for a period of three years for all engineering-related activities associated with its water system, including supply, treatment, and distribution. CRWD has the right to extend this selection period by increments of one year, if so desired. The agreement and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected offeror.
Firms submitting must have worked with at least five rural water systems in North Dakota serving more than 1,000 customers within the last three years. The firms submitting should also have experience with large municipal water systems and their integration with rural water systems. Other potential services under an agreement could include instrumentation and control consulting, mapping / GIS services, and financial services.
