Sealed bids will be received at the FARGODOME, 1800 University Drive North, Fargo, North Dakota, until 2:00 P.M., April 8, 2021 and then opened and read aloud in the Fargo Dome Authority board room.
All work included in the contract must begin no later than June 1, 2021 and substantially complete on or before August 13, 2021; with final completion by August 27, 2021.
Bids must be submitted on the bid form included in the project manual and accompanied by a bid bond in a separate envelope in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid. The bond must be executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the City of Fargo. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract.
Include within the bid bond envelope a copy of the Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State as required by law.
The Project includes but may not be limited to the work described below:
Structural repairs to exterior concrete canopies. Canopy and building sealant joint replacement.
Construction documents may be examined only at the following locations:

Bidders must hold a North Dakota Contractor's License and carry North Dakota Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by law.
Fargo Dome Authority/ City of Fargo reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
