A binge qualifies as watching two to six episodes of the same show in a single sitting, according to a survey by Harris Interactive, and 61 percent of TV streamers binge-watch shows at least every few weeks.
I rounded up five of my favorite series to binge on Netflix right now. All but "Master of None" are dark and twisted, so hopefully that's your thing, too. I'll spend tonight with the Underwoods.
1. "House of Cards"

Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright play Frank and Claire Underwood, who'll stop at nothing to conquer Washington, D.C. It's political, dark, cerebral and deliciously addictive.
2. "Master of None"
One season available
If you're in your late 20s to 30s, "Master of None" will speak to you, especially if you're single. Actor-comedian Aziz Ansari GETS IT. He created the humorous, poignant show and stars as 30-year-old Dev.
3. "Narcos"
One season
The series follows the rise and fall of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, played by Wagner Moura, and the Medellin Drug Cartel. It's a true story with violence, grit and suspense. The show is half in Spanish, half English but it's not difficult to watch.

4. "The Fall"
Two seasons
When a murder in Belfast, Northern Ireland, remains unsolved, detective Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson) is brought in to catch the killer, played by Jamie Dornan. Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson-that's all you need to know.
5. "Broadchurch"
Two seasons
The British crime drama tells the story of the death of a young boy named Danny in a small coastal town in England. It's emotional and suspenseful, and the seemingly quiet town is full of secrets.
