A tea party for daughters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and their dolls will be held April 20 in Fargo.

The second annual All American Girl Tea Party will be held 2 to 4 p.m. April 20 at the Wanzek Center for Scouting, 4200 19th Ave. S.

Proceeds from the tea party benefit the Altrusa International of Fargo Club, which works to promote literacy and leadership projects for women and children.

In addition to tea and a light lunch, the event includes scrapbooking, purse making, nail painting and speakers. A raffle will be held, with prizes including an American Girl doll and accessories.

Tickets for the tea party are $15 per child and $20 per adult.
