Comments: Every year, for 104 years, thousands of visitors have attended the 4th of July Rebildfest celebration in the hills of Rebild near Aalborg, Denmark. Past speakers have included Ronald Reagan, Danny Kay, Victor Borge and Queen Margrethe of Denmark. Mort Mortensen, former Vikings kicker is scheduled for 2017. During World War ll, several Danes braved threats from German occupiers to plant American and Danish flags in the hills.
