FARGO — BernBaum’s will celebrate a sampling of Indigenous American food with an event called Cuisine of the Americas on July 8.
The dinner, a tasting menu featuring dishes from Canada to South America, will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown Fargo restaurant. Chefs will be BernBaum’s own Candace Stock and Edward Rodriguez, who will discuss each dish.
Foods will range from pemmican, a mixture of dried fruits and nuts, a staple of some American Indian cultures, to a traditional Mexican mole.
Tickets are $90 per person with a $20 service fee. To reserve a seat and find out more about the dinner, go to https://www.bernbaums.com .
