Bonanzaville Pioneer Days kicks off with Crossing of the Red River

Pioneer Days at Bonanzaville in West Fargo kicked off Friday afternoon with the second annual Crossing of the Red River. Five covered wagons and outriders started at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead, crossed the Red River and arrived about 6 p.m. at Bonanzaville. Pioneer Days activities include demonstrations, entertainment and opportunities to learn more about the state's early days. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
