FARGO - Parents and their children ages 12 and younger can trick-or-treat at Touchmark at Harwood Groves, 1200 Harwood Drive, from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Residents and staff will be in costumes and will hand out candy. At 2:30, the children will serve as judges of a staff Halloween costume contest.
