On "Rides," we love checking out old cars, trucks or really anything with a motor and a story. But we also want to see What’s In Your Garage.

So this week, Jay heads to Tom’s Service in Minot, North Dakota.

Tom Carson has owned and operated this station for 48 years and has plenty of stories to go along with it. And the kicker is he actually lives in it. From hubcaps to oils cans, service manuals to vintage automotive testing equipment, the shop houses his gas and oil collection and also serves as home.

" Rides" is hosted by radio personality, Minnesota native and North Dakota resident Jay Thomas. The show features cool cars or just about anything with an engine. Know of a ride in the region that Jay's just got to see? Email him at rides@wday.com .
