Jay heads west to eye a hot Mercury on this episode of 'Rides with Jay Thomas'

This work of art has been all over the country, and Ike Reisenauer has the accolades to prove it.

This week on "Rides with Jay Thomas," Jay heads to western North Dakota to take a look at one of the hottest Mercurys around.

Ike Reisenauer’s 1950 Lead Sled is chopped, channeled and sectioned, but what really grabs the eye are the true flames — one of Ike’s many additions.

It turned out just the way he wanted it. This work of art has been all over the country, and Ike has the accolades to prove it.

On "Rides," if it’s cool, it has a motor, and you can drive it, it can be on the show.

"Rides" is hosted by radio personality, Minnesota native and North Dakota resident Jay Thomas. The show features cool cars or just about anything with an engine. Know of a ride in the region that Jay's just got to see? Email him at rides@wday.com .
