MINOT, N.D. — Comedian Jay Leno will perform Sept. 29 at Norsk Høstfest in Minot.
Leno made a name for himself as a stand-up comic before taking over as host of NBC’s “The Tonight Show” in 1992.
An avid collector of cars and motorcycles , Leno was injured in November and suffered burns to his face while working on a car, but has since returned to performing his stand-up routine.
Leno will perform at 1 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Vikings. He is the first featured entertainer announced for the annual festival, which will be held Sept. 27 through 30.
Ticket information has not yet been announced.
