MINOT — Kid Rock will kick off the North Dakota State Fair on July 22.
The singer kicks off seven nights of music during the nine-day event. Night Ranger will open the show.
The country-heavy lineup includes Cody Johnson on July 23, Elvie Shane on July 24, Will Banister on July 27, Old Dominion on July 28 and Sam Hunt on July 30.
Even rapper Nelly, who plays on July 29, has crossed over into country, collaborating with Florida Georgia Line, Kane Brown and Darius Rucker. Nelly splits the bill with country rocker Koe Wetzel.
A demolition derby will be held on July 25 and the MHA Indian Horse Relay will be held July 26.

Tickets for all of the shows go on sale on March 24 with a Country Showpass covering all of the events for $110, except for Kid Rock and Koe Wetzel and Nelly. Kid Rock tickets will be $65, and the Koe Wetzel/Nelly show will be $50.
