Neil Diamond tribute, Jon Wayne show announced

FARGO — The music of Neil Diamond is returning to the Fargo Theatre.

Matt Vee is reviving his tribute to Diamond with his show, “I Am, He Said,” bringing it to the Fargo Theatre on Feb. 21. The night will include the legendary singer’s biggest hits, like “Song Sung Blue”, “America”, “Brother Love’s Traveling Salvation Show” and “Sweet Caroline.”

Vee is the nephew of the late Bobby Vee, whose sons, Tommy and Jeff, are part of the show.

Tickets are $32.50 and $45.

Concert promoter Jade Presents also announced a return of jam band Jon Wayne and the Pain. The Twin Cities-based electronic reggae-dub act will play Sanctuary Events Center on Dec. 29. Tickets are $16 in advance, $21 the day of the show.
