MOORHEAD - Allan Chapman from Oxford University will present "Ghosts, Spirits and the Victorians" at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Science Lab Building 104 at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
He will explore the origin of Victorian-age fascination with the ghostly, and why, with scientific knowledge, understanding and modern technology, such fascination persists today.
Chapman is also the main lecturer for Eurospring, an international study program offered during MSUM's spring semester.
The event is free and open to the public.
