FARGO - Local supporters of Improving Birth will participate in the National Rally for Change from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 3 at the southeast corner of 32nd Avenue South and 25th Street near the Southpointe Sanford Medical Center.
Rallies are planned in more than 100 major cities across the country.
Improving Birth is a movement formed to bring awareness to the lack of quality maternity care in the United States.
