FARGO — An actor in the movie "Tankhouse" has some slight — very slight — Fargo ties.
Alex Esola, who plays the part of "Hank," sings in a bar scene shot in Sons of Norway and had a role in another movie called "After the Wedding," which played at the Fargo Theatre just two weeks ago.
"I was actually not in town when it was here, but some of the crew were here, and they sent me a picture of the marquee that said 'After the Wedding' on it, and I lost my mind," Esola said. "I thought it was the coolest thing ever."
Esola is originally from Greeley, Colo., but he said Fargo already feels like a second home to him.
"I felt very comfortable when I landed (in Fargo), and they took me to the hotel, and I was like, I understand the landscape and the people, and it kind of feels like I'm filming a movie at home, which is really nice," he said.

Esola will be on set until Friday, Oct. 4, as the movie enters the final days of shooting.
