FARGO - The League of Women Voters of the Red River Valley will host a free public information meeting from noon to 1 p.m. Friday here at the Sons of Norway, 722 2nd Ave. N.
A discussion of the proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution requiring voters to present valid government-issued photo identification will be led by Claire Wilson, voter outreach director from the office of the Minnesota secretary of state. Discussion will include questions from the audience.
