There is life after "Jersey Shore," at least if you have a modicum of talent. Pauly D, he of the gravity-defying hair, is the first cast member from the popular MTV series to get his own show, "The Pauly D Project."

Proving that he doesn't miss a beat, the star, born Paul DelVecchio, but now known as DJ Pauly D, spins discs Friday at the five-year anniversary party for The Hub, 2525 9th Ave. S., Fargo.

The music starts at 9 p.m. and is open to ages 18 and older. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 the day of the show. (866) 300-8300.
