Prairie Heights Community Church will host a Halloween party from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the Kohl's parking lot in Fargo.
Participating families will hand out candy from their decorated cars.
The Fargo Fire and Police Departments will be on hand. The event will also feature games, prizes and free popcorn and hot apple cider.
