FARGO - The Offering Hope to Victims in the Spirit of Justice Conference is today through Thursday in the Holiday Inn here.
The conference provides culturally appropriate training to anyone who works with Native American victims of crime, a news release stated.
Participants are responsible for lodging arrangements, except for scholarship recipients.
There is no registration fee, but preregistration is required.
