FARGO - Ecce Yoga will host guest teacher Casey Palmer on Oct. 14-16 for a series of yoga workshops and classes.
Palmer is director and founder of Near East Yoga in Portland, Ore., and has studied with Ashtanga Yoga founder Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, and with other teachers of yoga and Buddhism.
The weekend series of workshops, "Inner, Outer and Secret Yoga," will focus on led and silent supported asana practices and will also include talks on various subjects, including Patajali's Yoga Sutra, yoga philosophy and meditation.
