FARGO - The Fargo Public Library will kick off a promotion Monday called "Parking at Your Library Pays" to encourage parking at the downtown main library branch.
Library users can park in the Civic Center/library parking lot for free for two hours.
Each person who parks in the lot now through December can enter to win a monthly drawing for a $20 pre-paid gas card, a release stated.
