FARGO - The Plains Art Museum is one of many museums across the country that offers free admission to all active-duty military personnel and their families through Labor Day.
Plains Art is participating in Blue Star Museums, a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and more than 1,800 other museums.
