PERHAM, Minn. - The second annual Strides for NICUs is Oct. 1 at Arvig Park here as part of the Harvest Fest celebration.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. The 5K race begins at 10:30 a.m., followed by the Family Walk/Run shortly after.
Arvig Park is on Highway 51 in Perham.
The event is open to participants of all ages. There will be two age groups for both men's and women's 5K divisions, under 25 and over 25. The Family Walk/Run is also open to everyone.
The cost for all participants is $20. Kids ages 12 and under participating in the family walk/run are free. All paying participants will receive a T-shirt.

All proceeds benefit Ella's Halo, a Minnesota nonprofit organization created to help provide the comforts of home to babies and families spending extended time in Twin Cities neonatal intensive care units.
