DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - Entries must be received by Sept. 16 for a photo contest sponsored by the Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge.
All entries must have been taken on the refuge within the past two years. Only two entries per category per person are allowed, and the contest is only open to amateur photographers.
Categories include: wildlife, plant life, scenic, nature's abstract and recreation.
All photos will be displayed during Tamarac's Annual Fall Festival Oct. 1 and at Washington Square Mall in Detroit Lakes, Minn., Oct. 10-16.
