DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - Trampled by Turtles, the Duluth-based bluegrass string quintet, headlines a new festival planned for the Soo Pass Ranch.
The High Plains Festival will be held July 2-4 outside of Detroit Lakes. The Soo Pass is also home to WE Fest in August and until 2010, the 10,000 Lakes Fest.
Trampled by Turtles will headline on July 2, the only day for music, held on the barn stage and the saloon. Also featured that day will be Pert Near Sandstone, Caroline Smith, Nathan Miller & Unstoppable Company and Sovereign Sect.
