FARGO - Stephen Moore, an economist with The Wall Street Journal, will give a keynote lecture this morning at the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber's Economic Outlook Forum.
The forum will start at 8 a.m. at the Fargo Holiday Inn, with Moore's talk expected to begin shortly thereafter.
Moore, author of an article titled "How North Dakota Became Saudi Arabia," will be joined by a panel of business and industry leaders.
Tickets will be available at the door for $45 for Chamber members, $50 for the general public.
