The Dilworth Loco Ladies Lions will host a spaghetti and pasta dinner to benefit Kristi and Ryan Fabre of Glyndon, Minn., from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 3 at the Dilworth Community Center.
Kristi received a kidney from her husband, Ryan, during a transplant surgery Tuesday at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
Free-will donations will be accepted for the meal, and proceeds will be used to defray medical expenses.
DMF Lend A Hand will provide up to $5,000 in matching funds. Donations can be made online at www.dakmed.org/lendahand.com .
