Thunder Road employees care about their customers and the experience they are seeking when coming to Thunder Road, which is why they strive to keep smiles and positive attitudes at all times.
“We have the best customers, because they are here for a great 'experience' and they make us proud working at Thunder Road," said Thunder Road spokesperson Cory Klinnert. "The customer smiles makes us smile and that makes Thunder Road honored to be the best.”

Along with all the fun, Thunder Road values generosity and kindness. They hold a charity event a couple times in June where they sell bundles of tickets at a discounted price and donate half of all the bundle sales to a local charity of their choice. Giving back to the community is something very important to Thunder Road.
New this year, Thunder Road will be keeping their doors open during the winter months, meaning laser tag and arcade will be open on the weekends from October to April, keeping the fun available all year long.
