Warning, neighbors: This story has holes in it.

Three of them, actually.

It concerns an outhouse.

Past columns about this popular old structure led Dave Stark, West Fargo, to send in this picture.

Dave says this outhouse once was located in Caledonia, N.D.

One day a man from Buxton, N.D., was in Caledonia, saw the outhouse and, learning it was going to be burned down, bought it and moved it to Buxton.

A while ago, Dave was in Buxton, spotted the structure, and asked its new owner if he could take a picture of it.

Well, sure.

The house has three holes. One is lower than the other two, so it is assumed that was for the kids.

Like all outhouses, it was a practical building.
