FARGO — A pop-up cafe that lets its customers name their price fed customers in Fargo over the weekend.

Heart-n-Soul Community Cafe pops up at least once a month at Square One kitchen in Fargo to serve nutritious meals. While serving food Sunday, March 24, the cafe focused on reducing waste and plans to compost leftover food or feed it to farm animals.

Heart-n-Soul founder Leola Daul said all are welcome to have a meal and pay what they can afford.

"We're just happy that you're here. We know in life situations can change quickly so we don't ask questions, just come and enjoy a meal with us," said Daul.

Heart-n-Soul will start holding pop up events four times a month starting in June.
