FARGO - The Girl Scout Cookie Creations Contest will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 11 in the JCPenny wing at the West Acres Shopping Center.
Participants can create their own dessert using Girl Scout cookies. The contest is free and open TO the public and cookies will be provided at no cost.
